• Due to the fact that the Goods are individually cast, carved, painted or hand-finished, there will inevitably be minor variations in size, colour and texture. The colours which are shown for the Goods on the Website will depend on many factors, including your display settings.

• All goods are subject to availability - we may not be able to supply your order. Every effort is made by us daily to update the Website so that stock availability is reflected.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times

PART 2 - BUYING GOODS

This Part sets out some terms which apply to your purchase of Goods from us through the Website.

You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your "Order") by completing the staged process on the Website as set out below:

On receipt of your Order, we will send you a formal Order Acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the Order process. This Order acknowledgement email will contain your Order number and details of the Goods ordered.

Within 24 hours we will email you more 'personally' from London to let you know when you may expect your goods to be delivered.

All prices and charges on the Website are in EURO and include insured shipping to wherever you are in the world.

All prices within the UK and European Union are inclusive of VAT. VAT is not charged on orders from outside the EU.

In the case of orders shipped outside the EU, responsibility for the payment of any import charges incurred remains with you.

PART 3 - RETURNING GOODS

Our return policy is 14 days return or exchange.

All returns must include all original items, original packaging, undamaged, unused and in re-saleable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.

Delivery Information

1. We ship worldwide from Greece, 12-48 hours after payment (doesn't include Sat, Sun or holidays), via DHL for all international packages.
2. All packages include tracking number. We are responsible for loss of parcel and we provide return.
3. Shipping to U.S.A, CANADA , MEXICO, EUROPE is FREE
4. . International Buyers - Please Note : Custom fees and import duties are NOT included in the purchase price. Some countries may occasionally impose customs to incoming merchandise. If you have concerns about this, please find out the rules from your country prior to purchase.
5. Estimated shipping time (after postal date) is 2-3 business days for Europe, U.S.A., Canada , Mexico and 4-7 business days for rest world.
